Is this site still supported?

The previous post os 2 weeks ago. I get the feeling that this site is dying. I hope I'm wrong. I like the feature set, and we're willing to pay for it. But, the support must be there too.

EditMe is a live and well. Your support request was stuck in our help desk's spam folder, but has been recovered and responded to. These forums don't get a lot of use even though they've been here for years. But our help desk certainly sees a lot of action. -Cheers, Matt
