I am trying to change the name of the _Index (sitemap) page. I've looked in the site explorer but don't see the page listed there, and when I click on the Index link, there is also no "edit page" option.

Is this even possible?

Also, I want to change the name of the link as well. I looked in the Layout but don't see it there. It is this piece of code I'm looking to change:

<a class="head-link" href="/_Index">Index</a>
