Additions to Site Explorer: Find Orphans of either type

Ideally, the user would be able to filter for either type of page in Site Explorer, thus allowing them to track-down pages that have escaped a site-wide conversion.

Thanks, Duff. #2 is slated for the next iteration of the Site Explorer. #1 requires tracking data in EditMe that isn't currently tracked (which pages link to which). It's something we'd like to do, but probably a ways off at this point.
