Maintaining List Style
Philbigger says:
When I copy a list and paste it on the site, the list runs together as a narrative and doesn't retain the list style. How can I keep the list style?

Phil,
That shouldn't happen. What site or application are you copying from?

Matt,
I copied the list from my Word program. I've done this numerous times but this time when I went to the site to add to a list, I found the list I wanted to add to, but when I clicked on edit, the data appeared coded and garbled. That never happened before, so I deleted the original list in Editme and copied and pasted a completely new one. The site is fppoa.editme.com. The list is the Richard F. Doyle Award recipients.
Thank you for your help.

Phil,
Do you mean this page? http://fppoa.editme.com/Default
There are a couple of things going on here. First, this is your Default page - it's the page that will be the starting point for all new pages. You probably don't want this content to be the starting point for all new pages. You may want to delete the content from that page and save, then create a new page with a different name for this content.
Second, that page is set to use the Plain Text editor, which is why you aren't getting any formatting from Word when you paste in. When editing, click the "Rich Text Editor" button beneath the editor area. Then delete all the content and paste in again - that should fix your problem.
Cheers,
Matt

Thank you, Matt.
Yes, I meant: http://fppoa.editme.com/Default
I deleted the page and saved the change. Then I started a whole new page, careful to use the Rich Text Editor. It worked fine!
Thank you for your help.
