Misc. ideas and suggestions:

Hi Matt,
just thought I would share these ideas...I think option #3 might be the easiest and most practical. #2 might not be necessary just because if I just use the search tool for comments then it brings up anything with a certain term mentioned. Maybe I could start using hashtags like in Twitter.
1) I wish there was a 'quick link' button where all you do is highlight the text and push the 'quick link' button and it automatically links to the page that has the same text as that ... or something.... it would make linking a lot faster
2) it would be cool if there was a way to 'tag' comments...and then view all those comments with that certain word tagged - or if there was a way of highlighting a bunch of text and then selecting a 'tag' button - so that it's not automatic...perhaps... and automatically links any words that also have pages to them...or something. and then have a way of filtering all those out...
3) I wish the 'title bar' on firefox didn't have the ''Title of of Wiki' listed first when I'm editing on a page - I wish it used the title of the PAGE for the title... it makes it harder when navigating between different tabs on firefox and having a lot of different pages open at the same time
4) it would be cool to have some sort 'TAB' system...for example, if I go to my 'sandiego' wiki page.... then I could maybe have the children pages that are on separate tabs up on the top like Firefox and switch between different sections that way - for example, sandiegojobs, sandiegolies, sandiegodislikes, etc. It would be a nice way to have them all grouped together and switch between the different pages quickly.
5) it would be cool if comments could be divided into pages - like one wiki page could have multiple pages of comments - otherwise the comments sections just gets HUGE - or maybe they could be archived some how (??)- I don't know.... maybe a similar way to how youtube handles comments where you click on 'More' but it only lists the first 10 comments initially
Thanks! hope that wasn't too much. I try to write down any ideas I have for editme when I have them.

Steve,
Thanks for the feedback. Have you noticed the "feedback" tab on this site and in your site's administration screens? That's where we're trying to capture ideas like this. Need to figure out how you posted to the Suggestions forum - thought I disabled it!
Regarding #3, that's a simple layout change. You'll notice the www.editme.com site puts the page title first. Edit your Layout and look for the <title> tag. If that doesn't make any sense to you, give me the name of your site and I can do it for you.
Regarding #5, this is something that could be customized on your site using the API. Comments in EditMe are typically used to collect quick feedback, which is organized into page content at some point. It sounds like you're using it a bit differently. Let me know if you're interested in discussing a professional services solution to manage pages with tons of comments.
Cheers,
Matt
