Table Cell "Class"

The options there are taken from your site's CSS (Style Sheet). Most probably aren't very relevant to tables. But you can add styles to the end of your site's style sheet if you want specific table styles, and they'll be available there. If you aren't familiar with CSS, it wouldn't be of much use to you.
