Yes, but it takes some technical work. EditMe has an embedded API that can read/write internal objects (pages, users, comments, etc.). This can be used within scripted pages (EditMe pages that contain code executed on the server) to create interactions via HTTP between EditMe and any external system. This is all documented at Developer Support. EditMe also offers professional services to do this development for you, if you prefer.
