EditMe used Emma (myemma.com) for its survey since that's who we use for the monthly newsletter, but they don't support embedding.
If you want to embed a survey directly into your EditMe site, check out one of these options:
All three allow you to create a survey that you can drop into an EditMe page. And both provide nice stats on the responses you get.
