I am trying to create three levels of access to our Wiki.

1/ Admin - that can add/delete users, managers the account at the super-user level

2/ Contributing Editor - that can create, pages and edit existing pages

3/ Read-Only, can access the Wiki with registration and can only read pages.  

This is a private wiki and we only want registered users to have access.

This can be accomplished with a User Group and a Policy, as follows:

1. Admin users are just users of the type Administrator.

2. Contributing Editors can be a Group of specific registered users. Create a Policy called Contributing Editors and give just that group Edit access. Set the default Registered access in this policy to Read. Then set the default site security to this policy.
