Hide top navigation bar
I would suggest to keep the top navigation bar hidden to all viewers not logged in
(the bar on the very top). It makes no sense for them and confuses. Just the 'login' box should be visible.

Some folks want to encourage visitors to interact with the site, some don't. It depends on the nature of the site and how it's being used.
But this is a frequently requested change. As a result, the next generation of Skins (Yorktown) that were released in beta yesterday provide this capability.

Yorktown has long since come out of beta and is now the default Skin for new EditMe sites. All users of Acton skins should consider upgrading.
