Attachments: Move between pages and site-wide report

Can I 'move' an attachment from one page to another without downloading it and then reloading it to the page I need it to show up on?
My crude work around in the past was to mark them all for deletion as they get loaded, then the deleted page admin tool works fine.

1. Check out the Site Export Module - it provides the report you're looking for.
2. No - there is no easy way to move attachments from page to page.
