Editing Components of a Template
Hello,
I am starting a site that uses the Acton Blue template - http://jessie.editme.com/. As you can see I changed the background colour, but there is a blue line around some of the components of the template. I understand that these are image files, have isolated them and edited the blue out. Now I need to upload those new template features to replace the old ones.
I have tried "uploading" them as attachments, however that does not work, can I can not seem to specify the directory in which they go. I tried replacing the URL the CSS points to, to the new file but that does not work either. I am not having any luck finding any answer to this question...hopefully someone here can help? Thanks!

Jessie,
These are all just attachments, so the trick is determining what page they're attached to and getting the file name right.
For example, one of the images you'd need to replace is /files/ActonBlueCSS/wrapper_bgr.gif
From this path, you can learn that this is a file named wrapper_bgr.gif that is attached to the ActonBlueCSS page. To get to the Attachments for the ActonBlueCSS page, go to the Styles management page on your site, and select Attachments from the drop down next to ActonBlueCSS. Then upload your modified wrapper_bgr.gif file.
You'll need to refresh your browser to update the cached images. But that's all there is to it.
