What's this?

We've replaced the old Questions page, which simply used EditMe's comment mechanism as a poor-man's forum to allow public discourse between customers and EditMe staff, with this snazzy new Forum module. We're stretching the forum's legs on this site. After its proven itself, we plan to release it as a module so customers can easily add forums into their own sites.

For now, there are two forums. This one is the replacement of the old Questions page. Use it to post questions about general EditMe stuff that other customers may find useful. Your posts and the responses in this forum are searchable on this site and become immediately available to others who might have the same question.

The second forum is called Private Support. You can post to this forum, but you'll only be able to see the posts you create. EditMe staff monitors this forum just as we monitor the help desk. If you have questions about billing or about something you don't think would be useful or appropriate for public viewing, ask it here. Eventually, the Private Support forum will replace the current online help desk.

These changes have been a long time in the making, and I'm excited to finally see it go live. Let us know what you think!
