Bruce, we can set up a robots.txt file for your site to tell search engines not to index the site. You just need to open a ticket up at http://support.editme.com for this.

Is there a way to prevent search engines from indexing content on my pages without requiring my users to go through a log in?

Mys site is used by a group 34 neighbors on an infrequent basis and I don't want to have to deal with forgotten passwords and complaints about logging in. The information is not very sensitive but we are concerned about email addresses being scraped, etc.

Q.[gman121] I have generated buttons from buttongenerator.com and am having difficulty with installing them! I have even read the tutorial on Java Script is it possible to make this the tip of the week on how to put buttons from buttongenerator.com on a editme website?

 Thanks in advance,

Q. [Maxwell April 3rd, 2008] I am going to open a public editme wiki. Does anybody have any suggestions for free, boilerplate disclaimers or terms of use documents that are available? I'm thinking a link to Creative Commons may be appropriate. Any other suggestions (outside of hiring a lawyer of course!)
