Paste Button Help

There are two methods available for pasting content from the clipboard into the editor.  Notice the two paste icons on the tool bar in the editor:

The default Paste method and can be dangerous to use since it brings in "unfiltered" characters that could cause formatting problems.

The Paste as Plain Text method pastes text only and will remove any formatting that may be associated with the original content.

If unexpected things happen when you paste, try to paste again with one of the other methods. If you run into formatting issues, use the Paste as Plain Text method and reformat using the editor's built-in tools.

Note: If you're wondering where the Paste from Word button went, this feature is now enabled automatically. Using the normal Paste method will clean out the invalid MS Word code.
