Page Security

Site-wide security settings, as specified in the Site Security section of Site Settings, can be over-ridden at the page level. Once your site has dozens of pages with various custom security settings, it can be confusing to remember which pages have which security setting.

This tool allows site administrators to list all pages on their site that have a particular security setting. The security setting for all matching pages can then be replaced with a different security setting.

To list all pages with a given security setting, select a security setting from the dropdown and click the Search button.

If any pages where found with the selected security setting, they will be listed below. A new "Replace" dropdown will appear. You can change the security settings for every page that has the previously selected security setting by selecting a setting from the "Replace" dropdown and clicking the Replace button.
