Displaying Attachments

By default, attachments are listed in a table at the bottom of each page that has attachments. This allows users easy access to attached files. You can hide files from this list by checking the Hide checkbox next to an attachment on the Attachments page.

Another way to display attachments is to insert images and other multi-media files into the editor for direct display on the page. For details on doing this, see Inserting Images. See Inserting Multimedia for help displaying Flash, video and sound files on your site.

Similar to inserting images, you can link directly to any attachment in a page by select the text you want to link in the editor, and then clicking the "Insert/edit link" button on the toolbar. Attachments on the page are listed in the Link List drop-down in the Link dialog.
