Can I create links within the same page in a simple Wikiish way, en then link to those anchors from another wiki page just as simply?
There isn't currently a way to do that. In fact, the editor doesn't support in-page links at all. You have to view source to do that. The simple wiki-ish way is a good idea, though. Something like [[name: SomeName]] to create an anchor and then [[#SomeName]] or [[PageName#SomeName]] to link to it. I'll add it to the Suggestions page.
