When I login, I see the message: "This account is locked or pending administrative approval. Please contact the administrator of this site for more information." Why?

If you see this message when logging in:

This account is locked or pending administrative approval. Please contact the administrator of this site for more information.

It means your user account is "locked". EditMe site owners have the option of requiring administrative approval for all new registrations on the site. When you registered, they received an email asking them to approve or deny the registration. Until they do, you will see this message when logging in. 

Unless you are the owner of the site and have locked yourself out, EditMe Support staff cannot help you with this message. You'll need to contact the administrator/owner of the site you're trying to log into and ask them to approve your registration. EditMe is not the administrator of the site, unless it's this one (wiki.editme.com).
